Refund policy

Returns and exchanges will only be processed in the rare event your device was not functional when opened. All devices are tested prior to shipping, so this is extremely unlikely. Minor defects in the plastic housing are not a reason for return. If the core functionality of the device (i.e. telling you your speed) was working when you received the package, the device will not be eligible for a return or exchange. If the device was damaged during use, it cannot be returned.
